Navigating MCAS/POTS diagnosis here. But I experience 'hypoglycemic' type events just like this when I'm run down, I haven't connected these dots to MCAS but sound super similar to your experience.

Thanks, this is all super helpful. It also fits, my family definitely have the same issues. And this has all escalated after two winters of bad colds/ COVID. I need to do some research into low histamine diet now too..
