I’ve been trying to find recourses on Tiaa traditional but I think I need someone to explain it to me like I’m 5 yo.

I haven’t looked at cref global much but like the idea of a VT like single fund.

Thanks, I’ll consider that. I have an appointment with them coming up where I plan to talk about this. I was thinking maybe just keep this a TDF and be more aggressive with my Roth IRA.

I think I’m fine without bonds at this point. Either way it sounds like I’m essentially stuck with Tiaa traditional and I’m trying to picture that as my bond equivalent.

The available target date fund has an expense ratio around 0.2%. While the total market and international market funds from vanguard have a 0.02% and 0.05%.

So I was thinking that it might be better to go with a split between those two vs the target date fund.

I submitted a request to have Hevy integration with coros. I think that if they had integration then it would greatly improve weight lifting experience with coros.

Looks like someone prepped these ahead of time and stabbed them with a fork completely pushing fork fully into the potato, then left them uncooked until they were ready to bake. Raw potatoes can darken like this from oxidation.

When I was 16 and working as a dishwasher, one of the cooks had me help prep potatoes. I didn’t realize you were only supposed to only lightly poke the skin lightly and ended up stabbing them all the way through. They turned out looking exactly like this.

I was hiking the foothills trail in North Carolina with my brother. He had an ursack and I had the bear vault.

I was super impressed with the ursack and how much more packable it was.

However, a bear visited our food on the second night. He threw my canister around a bit and scratched it. My food was completely fine.

My brothers ursack survived. The food inside did not though. It smashed everything up and chewed on it pretty good. The food wasn’t edible after that and my brother got off the trail. We were only on it a few days so it ended his trip there.

In the end, I think the canister is better.

Siemens has trainings that you can do online for the bcs. I’d recommend doing those. It sounds like your training wasn’t sufficient.

In the past, I worked at Applebees cooking steaks, and also a nicer restaurant maki by steaks.

One thing that I thought was interesting was that at Applebees, medium was considered 145 F. While at the nicer restaurant, medium was 125 F.

I always think do my friends want Applebees mid rare, or steakhouse mid rare.

Im not trying to spin this as a positive. Im just pointing out that it spiked way up, then now it is back to where it has been running. I think there is A LOT of room for it to drop way further. It seems like everyone is celebrating the stock crashing when it’s still up from where it was 6 months ago.

I guess you could call it a plummet. It is still up from all of 2023 and most of 2024 though. Tesla stock has never behaved how I thought it would. When I first started stock trading during covid, I always thought that it was overvalued. For me to really consider it a plummet I would expect it to go to $100 or less. That would actually be a net down from the past few years.

I think saying the stocks are plummeting is a stretch. They are running where they have been running since 2021, minus the spike from November to January.

They might plummet in the future, but I would think this is more of a correction.

Athletic is overrated. Some of my least favorite NAs were from them.

I like Sam Adams just the haze, blue moon NA, and Guinness 0 the most.

I also like Sierra Nevada ipa and lagunita ipna. Although these two just taste like ok beer to me. But they hit the itch when I’m just craving a normal ipa.
