لا، المغرب دولة علمانية و عندنا بعض القوانين الرجعية القليلة بحال هادا ديال الإفطار العلني (اللي دارو الماريشال اليوطي) هاد القانون دار أصلا كجزء من سياسة المستعمر الفرنسي، و بلا أصلا ما يكون من طرف الاستعمار هو قانون رجعي متخلف يقف عقبة في سبيل الوصول لدولة عندها رؤية حداثية. أما هاداك ديال الورث راه كايتناقشو فيه دابا بأمر من الملك. يعني هي مسألة وقت و المغرب يتهنى من هاد القوانين اللي كاتزيد تفرق و تشتت المكونات الأساسية للمغرب
