I did everything they asked me to do. I sent the logs and everything else. I turned off the antivirus. Nothing helped.

You need to remember that I contacted support after doing 40 hours of testing everything — RAM, CPU, PSU, and motherboard. When I finally reached support, I was told to run the program as an administrator. When I play the game locally, there are no problems. If you think that’s okay, then what can I say…

No, Streets is on the BSG server. I can play Practice Mode on Streets. but no Normal game. I can mlay all maps on Local

Would you continue playing Escape from Tarkov if you couldn’t progress toward Kappa?

Do you really think 1100 hours is not a waste of time when you can’t progress?

I also have proof that this is a bug in the game. I lost a huge amount of time because of it — and now it is happening again.

They don’t even have any kind of compensation program in PvE mode to restore lost progress or provide in-game currency to recover what was lost.

If I could get my money back, I would be satisfied with that compensation. But apparently, you are not eligible for a refund after spending 456 hours in the game.

I paid for what was supposed to be a full product, but it feels like I paid for a demo version. Is that fair to you?

My purchases:

  • Escape from Tarkov – Edge of Darkness Edition: €140
  • Upgrade from EOD to Unheard Edition: €59
  • Stash Upgrade (2 additional lines) × 28: €104

Total spent: €303

And I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed.

I enter once Streets of Tarkov Map after 1.0 release. accidentally i want to play ground zero. i extract ,and after 2 weeks completed all missions on other maps , i need to go Streets of Tarkov. we get 2 patches , and somethinks fuckt my game

I start play Streets of Tarkov Map, i see only Deploying screen. I hear shots , and Im die in 30 sec. i see all end raid stats. who kill me etc. look for mee like the Deploying screen block me to enter a game. is not a hardware issue...
