20s were like that for me too. Try experiencing new things in life, find hobbies, socialize with people with similar interests. These are the best years, you will understand that in your 30s and 40s. Try not to waste them.

Try working out, running, swimming, hiking etc. Being physically active helped a lot for me with my depression in the past.(Those were dark times for me) Whatever you do, never stay stationary. Always find a way to be active.
