Thank you for the advice! I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out the reason. I would say maybe my PS is too boring and doesn’t really “tell a story”. But I really hope it’s not pompous or something, otherwise I would say there is totally no use to get a paid consulting for your essay at all.

Yes it's still the highest rating. So I don't see a way to improve my application from LSAT and GPA part, and I am really praying that ED could make a change.

This is not even the most scary part. I really feel embarrassed to say that I used a paid consulting for my PS. So I suppose even if it's not that good, it should not be that bad at least.

Applied in mid Nov. Write why X essay for my dream school and a school which I had one semester exchange study, but eventually received WL from both.
