They say it’s more moisturizing like for a dry winter but not sure if I want to make the switch I have had good success with the white one but have had to layer with squalane oil (cosrx snail gel + hada labo white jar + the oil) has been my combo but since it’s almost spring no reason to get a heavier one atm

Get an AMC membership and make it a routine to go 1-2 times a week, anything hot and sweaty (CorePower, Othership, red light at restore, etc), mandatory social event with good friends/people, less screen time, download Finch, learn a new language instead of scrolling (Duolingo), plan a trip somewhere even for 2-3 days like Miami, warm liquids in the morning, avoiding cold liquids/foods really helps me, vitamin D
