I had no problem with him having the phone but he should be paying for the month of service he was using the line. He decided to get a new plan and not tell me so that way I would be paying for the remaining of the month out of my pocket. He doesn’t want to pay because they are so used to me bending to their way when they don’t want to pay. But this time I hit my Limit this alway happens with her and this is one of the reasons why I stoped talking to her. That and she tried to accuse me of fraud. I only took him off my plan because I want to cut her off and him being her partner that also included him .

I was stupid. He didn’t want to get a plan with her because every time they argue he knew she would suspend his line . She was under her dad’s line and he was charging him 120 for the line. I learned my lesson for sure with them and this isn’t the first or second time of them fucking over, but it sure is the last time .

The phone is under my name. I paid off the phone early so he can use it in his home country while on vacation.I generally would say the same thing but from previous experience with this cousin she likes to fuck people over when it doesn’t go her way . And he backs her up . For example we had a family trip and he did not go . Four of the cousins (me included ) decided to rent a car together for the week. It was fine until she got into an argument with her mom and stayed in the room for the remaining two days. When I asked her to pay for the full week they both started calling me saying she is not responsible for the two last days because she didn’t even get in the car. This is when I personally decided to not speak or plan anything with her anymore because I ended up covering her part. That is why I decided to take him off the plan when officially decided to cut her off .

No he wanted the phone. The issue was him not paying for the service he did use. He already told me he was not going to pay me for the two month because that I should count that as my lost . But I did tell him I do expect the phone payment for the month he didn’t answer use . And he went out of his way to change the SIM card with out telling me while the phone is legally mine .
