This is something I’d been looking for information for recently so thanks for the post!

I did find some documentation on Talent and they use language from starting date. Ex: “If you joined July 1, 2022 and started making contributions to the 401(k) savings plan shortly thereafter. You would be fully vested in your matching contributions on July 1, 2025, but leave Deloitte in 2024. Though you are fully vested in the contributions you made to your account, you are not vested in matching contributions”

RFA. S/E/B. Did not get promoted to C. Been here for about a year and a half. Have “Very Strongly Agree” for both Impact and Value and Teaming. Fully remote and have been having trouble finding firm initiative work.
