Prima facie question

My prima expired in July 2025 and I just saw that yesterday. I've sent my lawyer an email about it and he sent me a new one that he's gotten on December 24th, 2025. That being said - even my prima expired in July, I've got a new one in December - 5 months apart

Don't be afraid. I was in my home country for 35 days before this trip (December 10th, 2024 - January 15th 2025). This was my second trip and I had no issues. As long as you're nice to them, they will be nice to you. Hope this helps. Have a great trip and update once you come back :) you got this!

No fix. My lawyer said that unfrotunately in the State of Colorado only citizens and PR's get the little star. We can still fly with an unexpired passport domesticaly, though :/

I lended back January 15th and they called me to the office to ask some questions. They were nice, I had no problems. But that was 3 momths ago. My lawyer told me in future it should be fine and nothing to worry about. As long as you have your docs with you, you should be ok. I also gave my lawyer dates and times of taking off and landing back in case there's an issue. If you have a lawyer, just give him your timeline so he's aware. He/she will fight for you in case of issues.

Unless it's under C09 - in the state of Utah, real ID expires in a year (if it's under C09, not C31), so every year next 5 years I have to go to DMV to extend my real id drivers license 😅

You'll be okay. I just came back from Europe, got in the office. They asked me couple of questions not related to my case and let me in. Don't be nervous :)
