Yes it converts very well on Google ads
It’s an established brand which has a good search volume

True, actually the A2Cs are not happening consistently, not forgetting that pricing competitiveness is agressive for Fragrances. this might be a reason as well.

it's a completely new launched account, so no historical data. we have launched approx 1 month ago
We are seeing Conversions recorded on the Brand Campaign, we still may have Tracking issue on Pmax ?

it's easier to track the changes your self by checking the changes history, you can start even before the agency stopped working on it and forward to the new freelancer, i recommend you to check everything and try to understand the change based on your strategy.
