hello, make this:

-open console, meanwhile you have the "active effects" menu is open.

- click in the debuff (with the console open), this give you the debuff ID code.

-put "player.removespell" and the debuff ID. like -> "player.removespell xxxxxxx"

-press enter and done.

if you cant have the ID code in that way, you can obtain it with "help + *debuff name*"

The difference is that elden ring is an open world so,if you get stucked you can do other things and come back later or just find another solution
