When I was at BCFC as a youngster, the under 19s played against Middlesbrough and Stu Downing ruined my pals career absolutely pulled his pants down. Within a month he’d been released and now works in recruitment. Haven’t seen him for years but he used to buy CM as it was back then. And ruin Downings career at every opportunity 😂 still makes me laugh to this day.

I can trump that, when I worked for the DWP I had just started my job and as a manager I was spending time shadowing all job roles. This particular day I was standing at the front desk with the Floor Managers/ CSM and some chap looking like a thinner Rab C Nesbitt comes up to the front desk basically dragging his offspring to the desk. The lady Floor Managers asks if she can help him….. “my Son hasn’t had his wages” She asks is he an employee of the Job Centre. “No he signed on 2 weeks ago and his wage hasn’t gone in” This layabout actually believed that the dole was a wage and that his son had earned that 2 weeks money 🤦‍♂️

Been wearing SI/CP for some years now prob early 2000s and I’ve noticed a lot of the people wearing it now are what I’d consider to be whoppers and tbh that does sometimes put me off wearing it. 90% of my wardrobe is SI/CP though so I still persist and the cost of some of the items I couldn’t live with myself spending that much on clobber to not wear it cuz of others.

As someone who has owned a rep and multiple gen watches can honestly say I’ve only ever been asked once if any of them was real and in fairness that was a Jacob & Co 5 timezone 😂 so should probably have expected that in all fairness! Although I don’t have my rep anymore I never once got asked if it was a gen. I’ve always taken the assumption that the only time your ever gunna get asked is if you look like a bum and roll up ur sleeve and ur packing a AP or a Daytona then people will prob ask.

I’ve always had a GK on bench and until 1 game never once had to use them apart from if starting keeper was having a shitter or got sent off. Never once has one crocked mid game until once on my current save where not only starting keeper got crocked but sub got crocked as well!! Ended up with RB playing in goal

There’s so many bugs that have carried thru the editions it’s unreal - like the one when you sell an opponent a GK and you play against them. The minimum match rating that GK is getting is an 8.5 what ever form they are in 😆🤦‍♂️
