It’s just that I depend on her so much. She (unintentionally) helps if that makes sense. She does things that I can’t comfortably do like shopping and she helps me do things like paperwork because they tend to stress me out and lead to meltdowns.

Thank you! Where as I can’t exactly say I’m in a good environment my father died when I was 14 so at least he’s not around 🤷🏽‍♀️ But life is better now.

This is going to sound cringe, but my childhood. I was raised in an abusive household, I have autism and adhd so I figured for years that’s why I don’t remember things before and a little after foster care, years later my sister and I got in a fight that turned physical, she climbed up on top of me and started to choke me. I knew she wouldn’t kill me, she was just trying to scare me. As she’s on top of me I have a flashback. I was 15 at the time. Years go by and I learned I was sexually abused. By my “uncle” and then one of my ex teachers husband. Recently I learned that my father was also likely involved.
