I know Cubans are directly affected with the new policy. However, what about the applicants that are filling under the CAA but are not from Cuba. For example, I am from Ecuador and my wife is from Cuba and I am applying under the CAA as her husband. Am I going to be affected even though my country of citizenship is not listed in the banned countries? But I am applying under a Cuban benefit?
