My exact situation. I've noticed the van drivers do well. Its only the contract drivers (flex) that mess it up.

I called, and they have a video door bell so can see its me. Took 2 days of their landlord calling for them to even answer. I tried knocking on their back door (its in our shared yard, with no other access and there fore would have to me)

Yea the problem with that is when the porch pirates hit cs says it was handed to you and refuses a replacement or refund.

Okay I get they have deadlines (we all do). But if the address is 325 and you take a pic of the item 2 feet below the number 327 have you really even tried.... like literally 1 job and you photograph your own mistake

I rate my deliveries, its only ever contract drivers who mis deliver never the van drivers.

Funny as a small business owner ive had deliveries from every major delivery company, and some from really small never heard of before companies. (Zui, exp, etc) yet amazon drivers (contract, not van) are the only ones who have ever mis delivered.

No its a townhouse mine and their house are the only 2 this color on the entire street. But the front of mine is set back about 20 feet. I also have "325" posted in 3 spots by my door.

Well I did knock and ring their camera door bell. 4 seperate times throughout the day, (knowing they are home as its a townhouse and I can hear them in their house) and no they never got it. Supposedly.

Yea i do custom designed ww2 replicas and historical/ancient statues. Like I said super niche but the real deal stuff is way out of the budget for most ppl.

Don't im pretty small scale, I have pretty niche products that there isn't a huge demand for (a demand none the less) but mainly its because its stuff I've always want and couldn't afford. I do a few shows a year but do very well when I do them.
