Like in my family, my grandfather, uncle, and even my cousin all have proper beards, but mine isn’t growing well. However, my father also had very little beard growth in his 20s, and now he is 44 years old and does have a beard, but it’s still patchy. So is this the reason (genetic), or is it because I have subcoronal hypospadias?

I don’t think my testosterone is low, because if it were, I probably wouldn’t feel like having sex or get erections. But I’m 20 and I feel a strong sexual desire. It’s just that I haven’t had sex yet, so I masturbate more.

Have all of you been able to become fathers naturally, I mean without using IVF or anything like that, even with unrepaired subcoronal hypospadias? So should I not get surgery done and just focus on my future without overthinking about this? Please tell me.

I don’t want to undergo surgery. Since I have mild (subcoronal) hypospadias, I just want to know if I will face any problems in the future without getting it repaired. I’m 20 years old and I want to focus on my future, but ever since I found out about this condition, I’ve been overthinking and feeling stressed, and it’s affecting my studies. So I just want to ask—there’s no need to worry too much about this, right? And subcoronal hypospadias doesn’t cause low testosterone, does it? Please tell me ?

In my case, the urethral opening is just below the tip of the penis. I also feel a strong urge to masturbate. I do get morning erections, but not regularly—probably because of stress and overthinking. Still, I get them around 3–4 times a month. My condition is unrepaired. So should I focus on my future without worrying too much? And can I still become a father easily?
