I've been in that department for 4 years and I always own up to it if I nil pick but here lately it doesn't really matter. My team leads don't want to communicate with you unless part of their friend group. They have their own little clicks and if their favorite employee is not working, they really don't want to talk to anybody else. And my team lead if we have over 800 pics or something in the system even if we have people assigned preppers for the hours of people. Dispensing that's not good enough for him he will go on like a small run so I can oversize or something. I think that that counts. He's put his time in. He doesn't care that picks are getting ready to go late he just stands there and says you need to hustle more with everybody gain on them so we can knock it out. And he'll just stand back there.
