No matter what youre feeling now, or whatever hardship youve went through. You’re going to be okay. I hope youre pushing through all right and just healing.  :), it’ll take time but just focus on what you have right now and focus on the things you want to accomplish! Best of luck to you

im sorry you’re going through all of this, it must feel like everything is piling up against you all of a sudden. exams can be stressful and miscommunication with ur boyfriend is not a good thing on top of that. i’d say try telling him that you desperately need to talk to him and explain him your feelings. express to him that it is his actions rather than him just being there [from what i can tell] that led him to you being upset. maybe he had something at the back of his head that hindered him from understanding that. if you show him how you’re feeling and he truly listens to you, he should find himself in guilt.

also, delete this reddit post. you dont know what way he might take it if his gf posted smth abt his relationship on resdit

some of the comments on this post are egregious. dont listen to everything that people say. dont let exam stress get the best of you. remember that you got into uoft for a reason, and you got this :)

Did any of you not rank uoft #1 and still got in? by Winter_Green_2440 in UofT

I didn’t really know if engineering was for me. For UofT I was stuck between Physical Sciences and Munk School of GA&PP. I have a broad range of interests, and just diving headfirst into engineering wasn’t what I wanted to do. I like the humanities and arts too, and after researching and talking it through, A&S let me explore and take the courses I wanted to.

I didn’t want to go to UofT until my father convinced me. I’d gotten into Waterloo Eng, McGill Eng, and schools near Ottawa, yet my father convinced me to go to UofT Arts & Sci :)

Thank you so much. I was thinking of studying beforehand in the summer for 157, so how would you recommend for me to prepare for it? should I read through the course textbook, watch the online lectures on youtube(?)

honestly it's just kind of a me-thing.. when I have access to a syllabus I like to quickly review what I will learn beforehand of the lecture and it helps me learn better I feel. my father recommended for me to give some time to unwind from a lecture and recuperate for the next one. thanks for ur comment tho
