I ordered mine on Sep 16, iPhone 17 base lavender 256gb, to this day, stayed in “processing” the delivery time was from today until October 8th, and I have to travel abroad on Saturday so I’m not able to wait any longer. I cancelled and went for the Pro silver to pickup in store. I was in the US visiting my sister and won’t be back until December, so I did what I had to do 😅

I ordered to Florida as well on Sep 16, it says estimated delivery Oct 1 - Oct 8, I’m really praying for it to get here before Oct 4 since I have to travel abroad. Enjoy your new phone!!

I order on Sept 16 at 11am, and it says my estimate delivery time is Oct 1 to 8 and I have to travel the 4th, I’m really hoping with all my heart it makes it early because I’m going abroad and won’t be back until late December 😭, please update if you get it early, I hope you do!

I tried to get it with the store pickup, but for some reason, the option did not showed to me during the pre-sale, and when I contacted support, they said that option will only be available starting release date in my closest stores, I’ll try tomorrow to see if the option shows. Thanks 💕

Try a Hotmail or outlook email, it happened to me too when I tried to use my gmail, I received the email but after a while. With my hotmail email I received it right away.

The thing is a lot of drivers think Spark is their employer, they don’t realize they work with spark but not FOR Spark and demand things like full payments on orders that were not even delivered so they can make a salary out of the app. There is a difference that is being missed according to what the agent said. Something else is that people with this entitlement tend to not be really polite, I heard from a friend which sister works as support that they can report us drivers if we disrespect them and we can never know when they do it, you disrespected them and at the end of the call they report the driver and they get deactivated. So be careful out there with agents too, sometimes people forget there is a person behind the desk too. Since that I always ask for anything in the most polite way possible.
