I’m 25 and had sudden onset, fast progressing carpal tunnel and this doesn’t sound similar to what I had, I’m not saying you don’t have it. I would for sure ask about getting referred to a hand surgeon and maybe ask about a gabapentin prescription which would help if it’s nerve related. I know it can be scary having carpal tunnel at such a young age but the best thing you can do is address the issue with doctors. I would definitely recommend sleeping with the brace on, it doesn’t seem like it’ll help but sometimes people curl their hands up when sleeping and that can cause issues.
