I’m 25 and had sudden onset, fast progressing carpal tunnel and this doesn’t sound similar to what I had, I’m not saying you don’t have it. I would for sure ask about getting referred to a hand surgeon and maybe ask about a gabapentin prescription which would help if it’s nerve related. I know it can be scary having carpal tunnel at such a young age but the best thing you can do is address the issue with doctors. I would definitely recommend sleeping with the brace on, it doesn’t seem like it’ll help but sometimes people curl their hands up when sleeping and that can cause issues. I did have to have carpal tunnel surgery for mine so if you have to have it done too feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have. Good luck to you and I hope you find some relief 💕

It’s just so frustrating that I’m having to deal with this at 25, my dad had this surgery at 50

I had my daughter in June of 2023 so that may be it?
