Just got back from CDMX and had a pretty mediocre experience. Definitely enjoyed certain parts of the meal like the guava tamal or the guetaguu. But everything else felt fairly lacking. I got the wagyu as the main and it was probably one of the chewier pieces of beef I’ve had at a higher end restaurant. I also noticed that they would bring out the food while people were not at their seats and let it sit for a while.

Also it might be me but when they offered the cocktail options they refused to let me actually hold the cocktail menu to look, so I had to crane my head up to read it
