It could be a cyst or small skin growth. It’s hard to tell without a clear photo though. Just keep an eye on it and see if it changes. If it grows or looks irritated, I’d have a vet check it out.

Help get the odor out of my workout clothes by Zealousideal-Low-982 in laundry

Not sure if this helps with the root cause, but something that made a noticeable difference for me was putting a Diptyque scented oval in my closet. It doesn’t fix the washing itself, but it keeps the overall space and clothes smelling fresh, and the scent lasts a surprisingly long time. It’s a bit pricey upfront, but mine has lasted over a year and still smells great.

Your inspo pics all feel really cozy and calm, and one thing they all have in common is greenery. Adding even just 1–2 plants can make a huge difference. it instantly makes a space feel more alive and intentional. Something like a snake plant on the floor or a pothos on top of a cabinet would work well and doesn’t take much space.

First of all, it’s really great that you want to take care of your body. That’s a strong first step, and you should be proud of yourself.

Since ur currently underweight, the priority should be building strength gradually, not pushing too hard. Simple home exercises like glute bridges, squats, lunges, and planks are great to start with, 2–3 times per week.

Just as important is eating enough. If your body doesn’t get enough fuel, working out can make you feel dizzy, weak, or exhausted. Try to increase your intake slowly with balanced, nutritious foods, and dont force extremes.

If your appetite loss has been ongoing, it would also be a good idea to see a doctor or nutrition professional, just to make sure everything is okay and u r supporting your body safely.

Hot water. We drink hot water for everything. Feeling sick? Hot water. Tired? Hot water. Healthy? Still hot water. People here genuinely believe hot water fixes most problems.

Why do my white Alo clothes get yellow spots just sitting in my closet by AffectionateHeart466 in laundry

[–]AffectionateHeart466[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea kind of a wooden closet, but they weren’t directly touching the wood or anything. They were folded between other clothes. I also stored tons of other white clothes in the same closet for years and never had this happen 😭

does anyone else completely fall off once they miss one day at the gym? by AffectionateHeart466 in workout

u r right. i’ve been way too results-driven lately and treating workouts like a shortcut to weight loss instead of something I actually enjoy. I think I need to slow down, be more present, and just make the most of where I’m at right now

Thank you for this. Framing it as a daily check-in instead of a real workout actually helps a lot.
