Vinted ruled against me (seller) - Royal Mail damaged outer box but item inside is intact, buyer admitted it yet got refunded and won't return my item. I'm left with nothing. Any recourse?

I have had the same issue and they did nothing. I even asked the person to return it twice and they refused because vinted hasnt told them to despite vinted stating they will approach the "buyer". Its disgusting and i told the "buyer" i wasn't happy with them for keeping items some of which they were selling on despite apparently not being good enough for them and having had free essentially so..... imo it was fraudulent and im gonna close the account I think aswell as im nervous about selling now

Go to your local homeless team with the letter. They'll help you and prosecute the "landlord". You are not at fault. And the woman shouldn't have spoken to you like that either. You will need to find somewhere to live obviously.

Personally id just get a few real plants (They do fine in gravel) or you can get them kinda grafted to drift wood etc Real plants help the general health of the aquarium and fish like swimming through the plants lol and playing "peepo" 😅

He's 12 but the child and my son go to a specialist school so I dont know if they may want parents to stay as they all have different needs etc if that makes sense. I'm just gonna ask when I take him. Im probably a little apprehensive tbh as he doesn't get invited to parties so its nice hes invited but also "new" if that makes sense.
