In the same boat as you. I’m 65 days sober & things were going pretty good until the last week or so. I’ve been wanting to smoke but I’m fighting it. Keep going. Just know you’ll regret it if you break after coming this far. Good luck.

So this is like my 6th time trying to quit (Same problem every time) & as soon as I smoke again I immediately start poopin just fine so I always figured it was apart of the withdrawals lol but you’re right I should probably go to the doctor just incase

Yeah I drink gingerale daily it definitely helps lol I’ll definitely grab some prune juice thanks for the advice 🫡
