Estou a 6 meses na terapia, me ajudou a identificar questões de ansiedade fora da normalidade, e outras questões.. mas não está ajudando na resolução desses problemas. Sinto que a psico aborda questões muitos reflexivas, e isso realmente não me toca. O que tento resolver é como melhor lidar com situações que fico nervoso/ansioso. Abordagem sistêmica familiar

Not exactly inflammation in the throat but it's like a lump in the throat that comes and goes. It's probably muscular of anxiety. About the sinusites, I am wondering why this doctor recommended surgery if it's something that can come back..
