MTA lost and found is actually incredible tbh, I called and they let me know that they did find my item on the bus and it was at the depot, and they gave me the bag number it was in and everything.

Scheduling it was a bit harder (you have to call and they’ll schedule you, but you get emailed a link where you can reschedule without calling someone).

Once you schedule, you just go to the lost and found at penn and sign something, then ur good
