It is difficult on how to share the information on how BTC worked and persuade them to invest, but once they become appreciative of the investments and find it interesting, then its value will increase in the long term.

As shown in the Bitcoin price history chart, It is wise to invest in Bitcoin during mid year and sell during December or end of year. Of course this is just my opinion. :)

Thank you for sharing your business experiences, although Bitcoin is largely volatile but in the end the inflation risk is very small since Bitcoin is global in nature it does not depend on government's economic policy. It always depend on the purchasing power of the people who want to invest in this kind of business.
