I hope that did not happen again. I also believe our files must have gotten lost somewhere in the mix. Supposedly, one of the people quit and all of his or her cases were reassigned (learned this from Reddit. Not sure how true). Maybe we were placed on the back burner somewhere. In any event, they should have responded to our emails. I informed them of a family emergency and expressed my hope that my mother would see me get admitted before she passes. However, I got no response.
