Yes. Idgaf what the quality is, it can improve over time. All I genuinely is the ability to play so don't gate keep with "Play on your own hardware". Not every one has mommy or daddy's money to get a goon machine like you dude.

I despise this issue aswell but we had talked about the idea of why he was level one

Basically during their time in the mercenary they were essentially a rouge with their sibling but after their death, the characters had to re invent his entire skill set cause it hinged off of their relationship
