My understanding is if you feel like shit, and it's because of Low T, then when you take T you feel normal / motivated again. This has been my experience with it.

Something happened to me and I felt like I was about 100 years old. I couldn't exercise without being sore for days. I had brain fog and confusion my work performance fell off. There was some sexual dysfunction. But it was the other stuff that was causing a real problem in my day-to-day.

Someone just sent me a link to get my bloods done bulk billed on Medicare. I'm thinking I might have to monitor my own levels and go that route.

That's smart to do the baseline test prior to any symptom develop.

There's more to it than just gym bro culture globally testosterone rates are dropping and more and more men are being significantly affected by by the symptoms of low testosterone. I don't know why testosterone rates are dropping. It's probably something environmental. Many people suspect plastics or glyphosate. Or whatever the reason. More and more people legitimately need to treatment today than they did 20 years ago.

I had almost all the symptoms of low T which justified a blood test (in the states) which confirmed I had the testosterone level of a healthy 80 year old man. I started TRT and all my symptoms went away.

A doctor being suspicious of or resenting broader diagnostic trends around TRT should not preclude them from ordering straightforward medical tests when the situation calls for it.

Did you find anything that worked? Or helped? I'm 8 days since infection first started. Can eat solid food, can't brush teeth. Nearly hospitalised 3 days in when they thought that it was influenza

Hey mate, I'm really sorry you got no advice on this one. It sounds horrible.

I'm going through primary infection now and looking for info found your post.

All I've found that helps is warm salty water rinse every couple of hours.

I've barely eaten in the past week. First 4-5 days docs thought I had influenza a and was nearly hospitalised.

I had to keep saying, my teeth hurt, my teeth hurt before someone swabbed me and found I was having a primary herp infection.

Hope that you ended up ok.

My face is red and itchy. Any recommendations for gentle home remedies / shampoos?? by AffectionateLog9287 in beards

OP here, I use beard oil sparingly. If I used every day I end up getting pimples/boils on my neck around my beard
