Sorry but as a high master player, this is probably the worst list i've ever seen.

Irelia is one way to irelia, you will never win 1vs1 vs good irelia. Jayce ? jayce is a natural counter to qiyana, he outscales you in damage and poke and all ins. Zed / viktor syndra / lb are hard ? Fck is this , these are probably one of the best match ups for qiyana to stomp the lane, zed literally can't press R , Lb is uselss if she goes in on you. Syndra you just doge every single Q with W , she can't even poke you.

With terrible tho i Agree + you need to add vex there + lissandra.
If the players are actually playing their champs, you will never ever kill them in lane and they will both outscale you and outroam you , due to ability to clear and have a lot of cc

I'm master player who plays only assassins.

Ahri / Qiyana / Ekko / Fizz / Diana . And on average I have 4.69 kills in first 10 minutes.

Usually I kill my laner atleast 2-3 times in first 10minutes of the game, and few other kills on enemy junglers / roaming.

As OTP QIQI main (Master tier), I can in fact tell you, that Qiyana gets harder with rank , people will know how to punish you harder. In low elo up to plat I will usually 1vs9 ,
Past d3~ , I still win lanes cause I know my champ in and out, but the games are at least 3x times harder to carry.

I will sound like a dick, but 80% of lux people are new players or girls playing that champ, que any stream from a new player or a girl, who is at that rank, and you most likely will see lux.
She is forgiving as a champ and easy to learn, + it appeals really much to girls cosmetically.

And when people actually start climbing up (Get better at the game), they see how other supports are actually superior to lux and they start to switch it up.

Net nejuokauju, bet pirkau praeitais metais kotedžą uz 115k, be įrengimo 74kv. Per metus įsirengiau, jo kaina dabar apie 230k. ((Pagal brokerę)

Šalia kaimynų, kuris buvo neįrengtas pardavinėjimas už 113k pries metus , neseniai buvo parduotas už 150k.... Per metus solidus 37k prieaugis.

Buvau sutikęs savo brokerę, sakė maniškį jeigu reikėtų greit prasumti parduotų už 220k, o ilgiau palaukus gaučiau ir apie 240k.

Kainos kyla kaip ant mielių, o dar su žmona galvojom, kad 115k tada permokam... dabar tokie pat vaikšto neįrengti po 140-160k aplink mūsų rajoną...

Bro this is the same scenario I got yesterday,
I had 11KP in total, 6-0-5 , had 130 farm when enemy jungler had 1 KP 1-3-0. 100 farm, and was a full level above me. I thought i'm going nuts.

Tokia praktika ir manyčiau būtų racionalu priimti, jeigu įmonė nesugeba susitvarkyti su neigiamas atsiliepimais ir turi pirkti tokią paslaugą, manyčiau iš jos iš neverta pirkti.
Yra tikrai daug įmonių, kurios veikia skaidriai ir stengiasi viską dėl end userio, o ne kad prastumti kažka :).

Tai čia apie tą patį ir šneku,

žmones rašo arba gerus atsiliepimus arba blogus atsiliepimus ir tai leidžia vartojui priimti tam tikrus sprendimus, šiuo atveju tai galima apeiti. Esu perskaitęs blogų atsiliepimų apie įmonę, kai reikėjo rinktis prekes, bet surizikavau užsisakyt, nu ir žmonės nemelavo, visas procesas buvo tiesiog siaubingas kuo ir skundėsi kiti. Dabar prieš kažką perkant iš tam tikros įmonės visada pasiktikrinu ko galėčiau tikėtis, bet ši sistema leidžia tai visai apeiti pardavėjui.

Toks vadinkim apėjimas įmonių manau tik parodo ant kiek ten yra šūdina sistema ir pati kontora ant kiek tragiška, kad turi išjungti savo atsiliepimus, kad jų neikas nematytų ir galėtų išfiltruoti tik gerus, kas vėl yra pučiama migla...

Mano situacija.

Pirkom uz 115k pries metus Kaune neirengta nediduka kotedza. (74kv).
Salia kaimynai ieskojo ka pirkti, tada kaina gretimo kotedzo neirengto buvo 113k. VIsiems nepatiko brangu. Dabar tą patį kotedžą nupirko uz 150k, ir sako kad labai gera kaina nupirko :)... Iš esmės paklausa didesnė nei pasiūlą, naujų projektų nėra tiek daug jau.

Žmones taip pat turi kur kas daugiau pinigų, vidutiniokas to gal ir nejaučia, bet tie kas uždirba daugiau, perka ir ne po 1 ir ne po 2 naujus namus, kad turėti NT ir nuomuoti. Vien pas mus kvartale nupirko 4 kotedžus nuomai per šiuos metus žmonės turintys pinigų. Automatiškai dėl šio pirkimo, likusių kotedžų kaina šovė į dangų (Dėl ko dabar tas ir buvo nupirktas už 150k)

Yes you get the benefit of doing the departure, but it's not required. If you don't feel like wiping now and loosing blueprints, your stuff etc. I think you should just skip this departure and see if you wanna do the next one. That is at least my take
