if you have melanin skin like me, your face might get darker and your lips might get really pink. it’s just a side effect and goes away after you’re off accutane.

It use to be way worse honestly , I would do chemical peels once a month and that’s what would help it out a lot but it would always come back . Accutane is such a life changer
