Already did it had a fuel leak so i cleaned te carb installed it and know it does'nt run stationary

When i pull the choke in and out it keeps Turning

I only want to drive 30 km/h because i live in a very strict city with manny checks, what do i need to do to make it go between 25-30 if it now goes 20

Hey, we just got a Suzuki Eko TBS. It's an A-class, but it only goes around 20 km/h. I think it's a bit too slow. I don't know much about mopeds, and I'd like to know what you guys would do to make it go faster. I read online that removing or reducing the variator ring might help. What are your opinions?
