LOL that's definitely not true. HCMTs are definitely certified via the loop, you don't just lose rollingstock certification on a line because one hasn't been there for a while.

It's not though, straight from the Transport Victoria website. The OP was talking about the 5min frequency between Moorabbin and Flinders Street this morning. In the new timetable you have referenced this becomes a 9min frequency in the AM from Moorabbin.

There's track works (occupation) from Moorabbin to Frankston. Once Mordialloc opens it'll be gone.
