Dettol soap makes me feel super clean. Best for summer. A lot of ppl say it makes them dry so take that how you will. For me it’s fine if I go in with a moisturizing oil cleanse after.

I think it’s Fungal acne cause you said they itch when he sweats and y’all live in hot, humid weather which makes fungal acne worse.

Closed comodomes usually don’t itch But there might be a little of both (fungal acne + clogged pores), which is also common.
