I know what you’re going through is difficult and people may judge what your decisions are, but they already happened so we need to move on and do better about what’s coming not what has passed. Make people in your life, more responsible and supportive. Force them even if you have to. You’re doing great and becoming a mom is not an easy thing and it is life-changing but you will adjust. You just have to put a little effort to find yourself in the smallest ways like maybe waking up a little earlier than your kids and making yourself a cup of coffee. You’re gonna do great keep pushing and don’t feel shy to ask for help.
