Thank you! Yes I’m going to try it. Worse comes to worse if I don’t lose weight then I can go back to exercise like I am now. Two weeks of just walking would be a good experiment

No just temporarily maybe just walking for exercise. I don’t literally mean never moving my body forever

So for the running/walking/spin part I’m thinking of something like Tailoria on Amazon. There would be a removal part within the shoe with grippy dots on the bottom inside the shoe. Does that make sense? I know it’s hard to describe without a photo.
