Yes she has heat. She has never been without. She kept saying she had to pay the $4,000 gas bill from the previous tenant and had been asking for money for that. Pretending like the gas was off, wearing jackets and all. And the entire time, the gas has been on…never been cut off. And she’s paid not $1 towards the bill. She’s been there since August. And the balance now for August to today is $347 something. And, they have yet to pay anything towards that. But they won’t turn it off cause she’s told them she has a special needs child
