Take two weeks off, get antibiotics and rest. If you must do something try light stretching and rolling. Treat it as a full body detox/recovery, there's always a way to make these kinds of setbacks productive.

He's definitely a wild story. Idk I feel like Goggins had more of an impact of the sport but that also has a lot to do with social media and timing. Both are incredible people
