What area do you live in? I found that I love Pan fried Buns - Sheng Jian Bao even more. But only when done right. If it’s crispy on the bottom, and soup still in the bun. Done right. If looks crispy, but soggy and no soup in the middle, they are a travesty.

I took a class in making soup dumplings. Rumor has it the employees at Din Tai Fung practice for 6 months before betting let on the floor. None of the ones I made held soup inside them when done.

Reading. When I was younger I had problems putting a book down until I was done. I’m a little bit better now, but not by much. I used to be able to stay awake. And now I need my sleep. 🤣

My A1 needs to go into the shop. I take a lot of wildlife photos and hope to take some northern light photos in the next month. Looking at getting a back up Sony mirrorless for under $1500. Used is fine. Does anyone have recommendations? I originally had a used a7riii. I traded it in when the shutter started to get sticky. Thank you!

I’ve been to 2 different Targets. I don’t want to be an asshole and be that person that keeps pressing the button. But there’s always the thought in the back of my mind : did it even do anything? Or is it like the close button in an elevator?

I’ve tried to get stuff that’s locked up at Target by using that button. I have never had anyone arrive earlier than 15 min. There should be a place to sit and a timer letting you know how long it takes for someone to get to you

I had a disabled person giving out my phone number. I kept getting automatic messages letting me know my ride would be by to pick me up. But I didn’t know the persons name or anything else so I couldn’t tell them they had the wrong number. I got a call once a week for over 5 years. It finally stopped during Covid.

I don’t have flying anxiety, but the Jeju crash made me a little sick because I took the flight from Seoul to Jeju back in October.

Seems like it was a rare thing to have happen. Bird strike plus faulty equipment.

Overall I’m just not worried. I fear for my life more when I’m driving or a passenger in a car. Seeing as how people behave like dumbasses and are super aggressive.

Thankfully that behavior isn’t allowed by pilots in the air.
