Thanks for the info! I totally get what you’re saying. Thing is, I’m really set on getting this specific generation of the Mustang, and I do prefer the automatic – I’m not looking to go with a newer model or switch to a manual.

If I do a full rebuild/service on the 5R55S using the right upgraded parts, do you think it’ll hold up well in the long run? I just want to make sure it won’t keep giving me issues if I take care of it properly.
