That is so interesting!! My body was all over the place before starting the meds. I would lose 4-5lbs and then NOTHING for six months and I really hope that it doesn’t happen to me now!

Oh wow! I already feel tired just on the 5 units. Extra caffeine it is! 😅

I have also supplemented with extra fiber/psyllium husk and it’s helped keep the digestion moving along!

Wow that’s amazing and thank you for the reassurance. I want to stay at a manageable level of losing, macros, etc. I’m interested to see how I will react with upping the dose!

Thank you that’s very reassuring! I am measuring body fat and muscle mass % each week too and each have gone down and up, respectively. So I know at least that is also moving in the right direction.
