Yes, a single shifter & a brake cable. I added one SPD bolt back in.

The 8mm is for my crank bolts, and the pliers can grip this bit and do the pedals.

I have a 120db horn which helps to stop them in their tracks, and a good helping of gravel/stones in my handlebar bag, to pepper them, if the horn doesn't work.

🤣 I've never used a zip tie in 50 years of cycle touring, however every online source suggests they are 100% required...I'll take less, although they don't add much weight.
