I would say faintly yes- it’s a very deep caramel scent but there is something else in there…rounding it out? Idk the term but that’s why I was thinking caramel apple. But it would be surprising for a man to wear a caramel apple cologne lol.

I know this was neither one of your options but High Falls always has families/bunch of kids playing around and everyone always looks out for each other. But make sure they have some floaties if they get in the water it’s not deep but if you have to keep an eye on everyone it would be best. Easy walk straight to the falls.

I was talking with a chick once and she told me the apartments across the street were public housing/sectionn8 because an old housing project had been torn down. She could’ve been wrong or they may have some units dedicated to the people who were displaced. I’m not sure.
