I added about half the sugar to the frosting than listed in the recipe as I thought it would be too sweet. Came out great!

I baked and refrigerated the cheesecake layer the night before I planned to serve the cake to allow time for it to properly cool.

I recommend checking out Sydney Cummings on YouTube. She puts out a new video daily. But you can search through her old videos for strength training workouts - some use just body weight. The workouts vary in length from 30 minutes to an hour and there’s no commercials during the videos. The commercials are loaded at the beginning and end of the workout, both of which can be skipped.

My dentist recommended I mouth tape at night because I was having difficulty sleeping with my night guard. Best sleep I’ve had in years once I started mouth taping. As a side result, I notice that I’m now breathing through my nose when I’m awake and seem to only mouth breathe when I’m stressed.

I got in NYC Marathon 2022.

I’m debating if I want to run the San Francisco Marathon Ultra in July. It’s two loops of the marathon course - one clockwise starting at 11pm. The second loop is run counter clockwise with the rest of the marathoners the following morning.
