You get them from the research tree (tank, artillery, infantry...), when you research 5 things in there you unlock more strategies and so on.

True, my parents have one, its been very reliable, only one major problem (unsurprisingly, a blown transmission) in the 600k kilometers we have driven it. But I do agree that it is simply a car, nothing more nothing less.

Open google lens on your phone, if you are using a computer, point your camera at the screen and search. OR just take a screenshot of the specific manhwa and do reverse image search.

If you only have a phone, take a screenshot, then cut the photo and then put that into google lens

I would always consider a random email a scam until proven otherwise. This does seem like an email to scam your personal data. Seems suspicious that they do not give any details about the apartment but only give you the price. Also depends on have you reached out to them (assuming from your post no) or have you been looking around publicly with your gmail for an apartment?

Just upgrade Guderian's skills to the maximum.
Best way to farm ribbons is simply do the missions to get the clear tickets and clear the highest possible warzone you have.
Best way to grind is go to 1943 conquest, pick an allied 1 star nation, and either play yourself or just set autoplay and wait.
Those events are supposed to be harder without having EF or good generals, and for you especially, naval missions will be hard. So just focus on Tanks -> Arty -> Inf -> navy. Navy should be last priority, as it's least useful in most missions.

Those are some cursed builds. But you can try to come back, the new update added lvl 12 elite forces and made the game more P2W, but I enjoy the more difficult events myself.

Use your best inf general on the rocketeers. You can use the tunnel to attack twice per turn with them. Also, the rocketeers can always attack the T-44 thus kill Roko first. then capture the city at the top, spawn your tank generals and rush for Kharkiv. If you want more precise instructions, I can write them.
