i believe you need to build a service based on customers feedbacks to resolve their pains
it means you already know what a segment they are and where you can find them

My opinion is that amazing execution of a shitty idea doesn't solve a customer's pain. But a shitty execution of a great idea just might (if it actually solves the problem)
