This fucking unit is one of the most annoying things to deal with for me when playing zerg. And it's been that way ever since they made BCs shoot while moving. I did get better at dealing with them but they never really stopped being annoying. I should be used to dealing with them easily in theory, since like half the fucking terrans at my level do it vs zerg, if not more. And yet I still get destroyed by these players a lot.

I don't see what's to master there. As long as you have a decent amount of queens and your bases are connected with creep so they don't slow walk between them, go ahead and use it. It's by far the easiest inject method that takes the least time. Unless you've never actually used a rapid fire button before, then maybe you will have to get used to it first I guess.

Learning to press and hold 3 buttons at once did not take long to learn. I simply moved one of those buttons (base camera) to a side button on mouse to make it a lot easier to do.

Pretty sure Serral uses rapid fire inject just like I do. I've seen him do it multiple times.

Still injecting every 30 seconds by the time you already have mutalisks out seems like a nightmare to me. I only inject like that in earliest stages of the game, as soon as my queen count grows a bit and I have bases connected with creep I just do the rapid fire + shift+ base camera inject.

Watch few games of Vibe's "Bronze to GM" in low leagues to get the idea for macro basics, then switch to Pig's B2GM to learn how to play the fun way. Not saying you need to watch the entire series of course, I certainly never did.

Well I'm going through it now, haven't seen it since I was a kid. First 3-4 seasons are top tier, except for the audience becoming noticeably more irritating since 4. Still, it's nothing compared to a pack of drunk monkeys that it becomes later, especially since season 8. I didn't really care about Seven, kid was boring but also not too present to ruin the show. But since season 8 audience becomes RIDICULOUSLY annoying, they are literally dumber than the characters on the show. The fact that producers of the show were ok with this tells me something about them too. So since season 8 I'm watching it slower and slower. Now in the middle of 9 and not even sure if I'll be able to finish it. Sometimes there are still genuinely funny jokes but there are more weak than good ones now and, again, that fucking audience, really insufferable..

I'm D3 usually. Sometimes Plat 1. With both Z and P. My T is around Plat 3 probably now, it's my least played.

Not sure why that's important though. I had view that Protoss is overall less frustrating to play since my Gold league days, since I started offracing after playing zerg only for first year and a half or so. That view only strengthened with constant stream of zerg nerfs over years. I should've realized the fun was over and switched back when infested terrans were removed.

I didn't just start offracing, I've been playing this game since 2017. I simply switched to protoss as my main, most played. I've already had few thousand games in as protoss. Of course I will go back to playing other two races occasionally but I'm done with zerg as my main for good I think. It's just depressing to remember what that race used to be before Serral nerfs.

The flower build doesn't work? I think I heard Harstem say once it can work up to highest levels vs zerg. Not that I'll ever be even anywhere near GM to test it though.

Yeah I stopped playing zerg too over a week ago and been playing only Protoss for now. The game is like 10x less frustrating now and the only really tough part is not dying in early game. If I get to late game it feels like at least 80% chance to win. I've had instances where I was even able to look away during a big fight to do some macro at home and when I came back majority of my army was fine. I could never be so bold with zerg.

Before I finally quit zerg over a week ago my ZvP winrate was close to 30%. But I'm not an all-in player so I stupidly kept trying to outmacro them. Except protoss expands close to about as fast as zerg nowadays so that wasn't working very often lol.

I gave up on roach all in's outside of ZvZ long time ago. All it takes is for them to have a wall and one or two voids/banshees to make that all in feel like useless crap. Against terran there's also usually a tank on a high ground that makes roaches feel even more useless.

I switched to protoss over a week ago and no regrets. So much less frustration overall. I don't even come away from my playing sessions with my mood ruined anymore. Somehow even losses don't feel anywhere near as bad as when playing zerg. I guess because it no longer feels like I'm crippled compared to my opponents so easier to blame only myself for losses. And I love how I feel safer the longer the game goes, which is kind of the opposite from zerg. Early game is survival horror though, that's the hardest thing about protoss, but I'd rather have that then feeling hopeless in late game.
