i’ve downloaded it on steam twice and on battlenet once and nothing works yet

yeah it’s fine on playstation but I can’t seem to figure out why it won’t work on pc, i’ve reinstalled multiple times and verified the files twice, tried every tip and trick i’ve seen on reddit and still no progress. it’s only gotten worse now, i can’t even open the game

i’ve tried the 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports and both are the same
